With our comprehensive performance spectrum, we relieve you as manufacturer or supplier from any end-point customer care and also support you throughout Europe so that you can provide a perfect after-sales service.

Our logistics center in Erlensee provides the opportunity for storing, testing, and configuring your complete servicing of several thousand units per month. At the same time, in-house repairs and the screening of defective parts are carried out here.

Here are a small insight and examples of our services in the logistics sector:

Reception of customer submissions
Verification of the consignment

Reception of customer submissions
Verification of customer’s error report and detailed troubleshooting
If possible, complete repair based on the components, if necessary dispatch a replacement unit to the customer

Advanced Shipment

The transaction takes place analogous to component with/without Test. However, the customer receives a replacement product before returning the defective one.
Subsequent monitoring, if necessary, reminders to return the product.

Competent telephone support is particularly important for products that contain modern technology. Since we use technically qualified personnel, we are capable of solving complex problems with a "first call solution rate" i.e. directly resolve the issue with the first call.
